Elmo's Radio Control Roadway is a Sesame Street playset made in 1999 by Fisher-Price. The set is a plastic track for toy cars, which can be driven with a remote control. Toy figures of Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster and Ernie fit in the cars. Oscar's trash can is also built into the track, and Oscar the Grouch can pop out of his can.
