Hello everyone!!
I've been looking at these snow pictures from January since I printed them and I've been wanting to work with them, but every kit I've been using has more springy/summery feels to them so I haven't had an opportunity to scrapbook them. Well today I'm changing my plan and I made a page kit (or rather just a giant pile of supplies from Elle's Studio) to use in today's layout. I am pretty much just using Elle's Studio but I do pull in a few little extra things I decided I needed as I was going along...
I specifically pulled out these Elle's Studio products for these photos because I know Elle's Studio has these beautiful dark blues and bright whites in their papers. I'm not sure why, but I always think dark blue goes with snow photos for some reason. I think the pops of white and teal and grey really work well with and contrast well with the dark blue background paper.
I only used about 10% of the things I pulled out for this layout so instead of it just being a page kit like I intended (ha!) I'm going to make it a small mini kit and use it for at least one more layout. I make myself laugh when I look at my 'page kits' after I make the page I intended it for and I didn't even use half of the things I pulled out because I pulled out just that much stuff, haha!
