Elfrida Andrée (1841-1929) was a Swedish organist, composer, and conductor, one of the first appointed female organists in Scandinavia. See also my score video of her 2 Romances for violin and piano: youtube.com/watch?v=TyFEegiZ3uo
While they fit easily into the Romantic tradition, I find that many of Andrée's chamber works are imbued with a certain restrained melancholy and economy of expression. This fine piece for cello and organ - undated on its own, but essentially the fourth different version of her 1878 "Andante quasi recitativo" for string orchestra - is quite a clear example.
