Freight Elevator deletes your cargo? Lost crates /containers / scrips. Mission items disappear? It's actually not gone, just invisible. Place a bottle, cycle it down, extact bottle, cycle it up. Any item should do the trick. Same applies to all the freight elevators including the Wikelo one. Just make sure to perform this trick right away as elevators reset when you destream the area.
