Ghost Hollow location at microTech features the "money from nothing" mission with two terminals generating monetary transactions. The mission is mostly PVP-focused, a sort of mini-Jumptown that can lead to plenty of interesting encounters. But the payouts in recent patches have been nerfed which made the location less popular.

Normal fuses will wear out and can get fried. There are plenty of non-fuse objects you can put into relays. As props and decorations these dont suffer from the wear mechanic and can provide power indefinitely.
