12,000 Volts ring three Swiss cowbells in Lego frame.
This tiny Lego-technic model is just a one-step improvement over the often-seen electrostatic "pendulum and two soda cans". The background Swiss cowbell is charged with a positive potential of 12KVolts while the two bells in the foreground are electrically grounded.
The bells are deliberately spaced far enough from the aluminum-bead pendulum to demonstrate that not only humans but machines too, can sometimes hesitate before making a decision...
