Erich tests out his TX606 after I fixed it. The TX606 is a modified Roland TR-606.
The TX606 is triggering an Andromeda Mk-3 synth bass module (the red circuit board). Andromeda Mk's can be configured to play from their own internal sequencer or respond to an external trigger, such as the TR-606's trigger outputs.
At 1:26, the filter sequence starts. The Mk-3 has a light sensitive low pass filter. I'm playing the filter sequence by waving my hand over the Mk-3, to interrupt the light from the desk lamp over it. Its so easy.

The TX606 was on the workbench because it had developed a nasty habit of spontaneously exploding batteries. Not sure whats going on but it is on strict no-battery regimen now. only AC adapter. I modded the memory backup capacitor (C27) and now it holds patterns for 90 minutes with no batteries.
