Check out the new Eheim Pro 4+ Plus canister filter. Today we will be showing an unboxing and setup of the new canister series from Eheim, the Professionel 4+ 350 canister filter. We will go over all the features and parts included with this unit, as well as how to setup the Eheim Pro 4 external aquarium filter.
We start by unboxing our Eheim Professional canister filter. It comes with a 3 year manufacturer warranty. The filter comes with everything needed right out of the box to setup the Pro 4 + All Eheim bio media, hosing and parts are included. The unit comes with a spray bar output attachment.. Unlike previous models, it isn't quite as versatile as the previous spray bar output. Otherwise it works as intended.
One change you see with his new canister filter from eheim, the pro 4+ is the all black design. All the hosing and attachments are no longer Eheim green.
The professionel 4 + also comes with a new X-tender extender function designed to bypass your pre filter tray to give you a bit more time between maintenance.
The Eheim pro 4 canister is easy to install and even easier to disconnect with an adjustable flow control and easy disconnect button. The unit itself has a decent space for biological filter media that is included. The unit comes with Eheim Mech Pro, Bio Mech and Substrat Pro. It also comes with a sponge and filter floss pad. There is no carbon included with the unit.
