An Edwardian get ready with me, the #historicallywingingit way!
Sometimes older sewing projects aren't the greatest items in your costume closet. And your body, as well as your aesthetic preference, changes. One cannot sew something new for every event, though! So here I show how I mend and let out a very old skirt of mine as well as crafting a little suffragette pin for my shirt. (Wilhelmina Drucker = Bae) Throw in some accessories and the quintessential pair of American Duchess boots, and I'm ready to go.
