Education today appears to be facing a sustainability crisis, what worked in the past is no longer going to work in the future. This crisis in education is no longer something imminent, it is already with us. On top of this, the way we are teaching people now will profoundly influence our economies and societies in five-ten years and we know that something very different will be required of people in that world.

This provides both a challenge and an opportunity for rethinking how we do education. In this live interview, we invite Zak Stein, a philosopher of education and an innovative thinker in this field, to share his ideas on which ways the world is fundamentally changing, and education’s role within it.

Guest
