This is a completely edible cup made out of chocolate and molded by water balloons, of all things. You can decorate the finished product with little sprinkles, or you can leave it very sophisticated and plain.
Here's how to make them: Place your candy melts or chocolates into a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 50% power for 30 second intervals until completely melted.
[00:53-01:16]
Then blow up a bunch of small balloons. On a parchment lined baking sheet, take a teaspoon of your melted chocolate and place it on the sheet. Then dip your balloon into the chocolate and place the balloon on top of your chocolate puddle. Place your dipped balloons into the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely hardened.
[01:16-01:44]
Once the chocolate has set, take a needle and pop your balloons. Make sure you remove all the remnants of the balloon from the bottom of the bowl. And if you want, you can decorate your bowls by dipping the rim in some melted chocolate and then adding some sprinkles. Perfect for ice cream or, you know, just fruit. Easy, right?
[01:44-01:46]
All right, thanks so much for watching and, yeah, go make something!
