It's the middle of the winter which means it's time to make fondant to feed to the bees. All you need is a big bag of sugar and some corn syrup and some heat, and voila! you have fondant!

Welcome to my second year of keeping bees, where I plan to learn even more about raising pollinators and get a little honey in the process.
