We've got the TS050 touchscreen fully working with the Edge-V, and its got 5-point multi-touch too. Very cool! This screen kit is useful for anyone looking to add touch-interaction to their SBC projects.

When you buy a kit, it comes with the LCD "Converter" board and FPC cables already included, so you'll get the screen connected to your Edge-V really fast.
