In this episode I fly a challenging approach into a private strip that I’ve never been to for some great flying with Ed from BNL.
It was a good opportunity for me to practice a real world inspection pass, and after enjoying some aerobatics, Ed worked on very slow flight trying to keep from spinning the RV-14.
Both of these skills should be practiced by all pilots.

It's worth noting that doing the slow flight the angle of attack indicator was screaming at us (rightfully so) the whole time. It made the recording of the intercom nearly unusable, but at the time in our ears, the A30 headsets did a great job balancing that (and the nearly constant frequency chatter) with slow flight our discussion. Huge thanks to Ed's audio engineer Kenny for working his magic to make the recoding so much less painful so I could actually share that scene.
