Auf Der Suche Nach Dem Tränenquell

Tried my hands on another techno track as the last one was quite a bit of fun and i watched some movies in the meantime which had some "weird/unsettling techno scenes" in them. it started with the "acid-plug"-sound which starts playing at about 0:30 and evolves from there throughout the song. next, i added the wailing strings which reminded me a lot of the "The Map Room: Dawn" theme by john williams. the second part of the song got a tiny melody and some key variations to make it more interesting and to give it more charakter. The name of the song (something like "in the search of the spring of tears") was stuck in my head for a couple of months because i liked the sound of it and after deciding on the "unsettling" theme of the song by the screaming strings and the indiana jones/pulp adventure influences i thought that the name was quite fitting.

Some fun facts:
- the speaker yells "ihr aber werdet ihn niemals finden" ("but you will never find it") inspired by santer in winnetou III
- the yelling was added only a couple of days before the release
- the cover artwork is supposed to mimic old pulp-fantasy-adventure novels
