Easy way to transfer photos/videos from iPhone to Windows PC. You don't need to install iTunes or any other third-party app on your Windows 11 or 10. You can easily copy media using the inbuilt "Photos" app on your PC.
Just connect the iPhone to your PC using a Lightning cable and then open the Photos app to find all your media.
Select your photos/videos and copy them to the "Picture" folder.
