This is the third video in a series of five, in which I show you how to create the squares, seam them up, add a backing, and add an edging to a flowery baby blanket.
This video shows you how seam up crochet squares using a very simple, elegant and flat method of seaming, using slip stitches. It is also known as a flat zipper join.
If you've been wondering what method to use to seam up your granny squares, I can highly recommend this one, as it is relatively quick, you can match up the squares perfectly, there's no gaping and you only have a few ends left to weave in.

You can use a single color of yarn or multiple colors for this square. I think it looks best in the background color.
One square measures about 13 by 13 cm or 5 by 5 inches after blocking.
