Easy Vegan Sausage Recipe / Gluten Free and Oil Free
If you want to know how to make vegan sausage, you came to the right place! In today's video, I'm going to show you a vegan sausage recipe, but not just any sausage, a vegan Italian sausage. Growing up Italian, I had a lot of sausage. After going vegan, it was something that I did miss having every now and then. When I decided to create a vegan Italian sausage recipe, I also wanted it to be a healthy sausage recipe. Since I'm using tempeh as a base, it was easy to make it gluten free. Now that I had the gluten free sausage part down, I wanted to create a oil free sausage recipe as well. By using a combination of tamari sauce and vegetable broth, I was able to make this happen.
