These handheld pizza pockets are made using a boxed dough that only has to rise for 10 minutes, so these pockets can be enjoyed in no time! These golden cheesy beauties make a great dinner treat and are perfect for kids lunch boxes too! We used mince and pepperoni to make the filling but you can switch things up and add things you have in the fridge. After baking, be careful as the filling remains quite hot.
