A new lawn renovation does not always have to be a completely daunting task. For this fescue renovation project I wanted to keep it simple, kill off the existing "lawn" with glyphosate. Overseed with turf type tall fescue, water the lawn, and watch it grow! I sourced many of my materials from local suppliers and big box stores and achieved a beautiful lawn with great results.
