There is no going back now, I have decided to completely renovate my front lawn with Kentucky Blue Grass varieties from Jacklin Seed Co. This is also my first ever attempt at sand leveling and regrading my lawn in order to fix the drainage issues that have plagued my lawn.

From start to finish I take you through the entire process of removing the old turf, leveling the surface, preparing for seed, and fertilizing.
