Its Dipavali very soon and we are gearing up to make some delicious homemade gulab jamun. This recipe is fool proof and very easy to make with very little ingredients.
Ingredients:
For the Jamuns
1 cup milk powder
1 cup full fat cream
1 cup of self raising flour
1 tblsp of ghee
Ghee for deep frying
Sugar Syrup
1 1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
3 tblsp of rose water
1 tsp crushed cardamon
juice of half a lemon
To make self raising flour
100 gm of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/8 tsp of baking soda
