Dear Viewers,
You can make adai batter in 5 minutes with Ultra Fast grind.
First use the Chutney program for about 3 min so all the ingredients are nicely incorporated. Then switch it to Rice /dhal program for a further of 2 minutes.
I forgot to change the timer, but it was done in less than 5 min.
Ferment the batter and make adais.
