Easy Crochet Cowl For Beginners | Crochet Cross Stitch Scarf
This Cowl is 14" x 13" Inches (28" circumference) using two skeins of yarn and is high enough to use as a hood.
No counting necessary and whips up within the hour!

*Note This cowl is NOT reversible. The crosses are only visible on the "right" side.
