✦INGREDIENTS✦
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ chuck Roast chunks
☐ salt/pepper
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ 1/2 large onion (diced)
☐ 4 minced garlic cloves
☐ 1/2 cup dry red wine (cabernet sauvignon)
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ 2 tsp thyme
☐ 2 tsp rosemary
☐ 1 tsp basil
☐ 1/4 cup all purpose flour
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ potatoes (bite size)
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ 1/2 or 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
☐ 32 oz. Beef Broth *supplement with water or more broth if needed
☐ 7 sticks of celery (cut into bite size pieces)
☐ 16 oz. frozen carrots or fresh baby carrots
☐ *Garnish with chopped parsley
MASH POTATOES
☐ Russet Potatoes (cut into thirds)
☐ 1 stick of butter
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ milk *start with 1/4 cup and continue adding until preferred consistency
