For the stage here, it's honestly not too bad and also quite short as well. Your strength is kinda lacking, so don't worry about trying to take out everything. However as the enemies come in, if you move along with them, chances are that'll be the best way to dodge what's coming.
Yoneka just needs practice to beat her is all. Her attacks aren't too bad once you get used to them, the trick is just getting used to them. She's one of those bosses that throws out a huge variety of attacks that involve you rushing around the field and/or dealing with bullets coming at you from odd angles. Once you understand what you're getting into however, she's much more manageable.
