East Mountain, 10,730 ft., is the highpoint for Emery County Utah. Access just South of Huntington Reservoir on the High Central Utah Plateau along Miller Flat Road to the trailhead at the base of the mountain. No need to route-find cross-country, there is an established marked trail all the way to the highpoint (Trail Number 085). This hike was way more interesting than I thought and the highpoint has some awesome bus size boulders next to it.
