Sometimes you don’t need a big data source, you just want to type or paste a few rows directly into Power Query. In this video, I’ll show you how to use the Enter Data option inside Power BI to quickly create small tables without using Excel or CSV files. You can type values, rename columns, or even copy-paste data straight from Excel. It’s a simple trick, but once you know it, you’ll use it all the time.
