Make your Excel data easier to read by shading alternating rows. Select your data, go to Conditional Formatting - New Rule, and use the formula. Then pick your color and apply. The shading will automatically adjust if you add or remove rows, unlike manual formatting.

This keeps your spreadsheets clean and professional-looking, making it simpler to track data across wide tables.
