An introduction to Earthbound Transmissions, a new release on Room40. Earthbound Transmissions collects together my earliest experiments with experimental ambience, voice and electronics. Recorded direct to a Foster 4-track tape machine, these materials recorded in the late 1980s captures the earliest iterations of what became my trademark sound world.
