Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon is a third-person, shooter video game. Developed by Vicious Cycle Software and published by D3 Publisher in 2011. Player takes the role of an EDF (Earth Defense Force) soldier named Lightning Alpha. Whose goal is to defend the fictional city called New Detroit against an alien invasion. The story is split into three chapters, with each chapter containing five missions.
NoirStation Rating: - 4 Out Of 5 - This was my first introduction to the Earth Defense Force series and I’m really surprised how good this game turned out to be. First time playing and blasting through the enemies feels extremely satisfying, co-op mode is very fun as well. It has that arcade-like fast action feel to it. The only downside I can say about this game is that it can become a big grind fest the longer you play.
