EDIT: There's a much easier way to do the first clip. You can clip the backs of those white pillars up at the station.
I decided to mess around and see if I could find some things that you could do if you had Lakilester & Ultra Boots for Chapters 2, 3, and 4. It's pretty far-fetched that this sort of thing could find its way into All Cards because you'd have to beat Chapter 5 two more times, but I'm looking for the tricks anyway.
The first Lakilester clip shown in this video allows you to reach the Blue Station Switch early, which will let you go straight to Red Station without needing to visit the Pink and Green Stations. After clipping, you somehow need to get off of Lakilester in order to get the normal OoB physics, but because of the low ground right above you, you will clip through if you try to just get off of him normally. By mashing the C-Stick while falling OoB you can change partners as you respawn and not clip up through the ground.
A 2nd Lakilester clip was needed to get back to the main area, as the collision for the train still exists even when the train isn't there. This time it requires a Lakilester trapping clip. I found two other clips OoB that were much simpler, but I couldn't figure out how to use them to actually get back to the main area. So by getting off of Lakilester in the right place, he's convinced to go through the wall to the right. Now if you just go to the place where you can hop on Lakilester to clip, it usually doesn't work. You have to lure him upwards first, but if you move slowly to the clip position, Lakilester will move back down, so you have to just run to the position and clip right away.
