If you cutscene skip Deku in any way, you trigger a wrong warp. One way to cutscene skip the medallion/stone cutscenes is to fail a timer at the right time. Where the game takes you when you fail a timer depends on your adult trade item. If your trade item is something other than the Odd Mushroom, Eyeball Frog, and Eye Drops (such as if you bottle-dupe over your mushroom), you will be brought to your last entrance when you fail it. If you cutscene skip with that in Deku, it brings you to the Shadow Temple boss room (in theory, if you did it in DC it would take you to Deku Tree boss room, but this has not been verified).
In Deku, this cutscene skip is frame-perfect. What I'm doing in this video is OIing onto the edge of the blue warp, then buffering to the right frame (using a bomb to help find the right timing), and then pausing and unpausing without advancing any frames until the timer runs out. It's kinda fickle and hard to see what's going on. Maybe there's a better set-up, but I was just glad to find something that I could get to work.
You need to have watched the right cutscene right before doing this. I had trouble finding one that would work. The best one I could find was playing Minuet of Forest, which means you have to go to Deku Tree and watch the Deku Tree Intro first, before doing any of this. There are some other cutscenes that would be faster that I never tested (hyrule field intro, or the other parts of the title screen). The 231 skip that I do in Deku isn't really necessary, but I just wanted to show how much time you could easily have left on the timer after beating Gohma.
