Here is a quick introduction to three of the motors and some ESC's I have come to use with good success over the years in the EA scratchbuilt foamboard fleet. I will test each one with a range of propellers and in combination with different ESC's while measuring thrust and amp draw.

These parts were kindly provided to me by HobbyKing for this video series and as future scratchbuilding contest prizes. To remain unbiased I personally chose to review these products which I have specifically used before and did not accept any other compensation.

* These ESC's are recommended with these motors using modest prop choices, medium power needs, and moderate throttle settings. For heavier use and larger/pitchier props consider using an ESC with larger amp rating. I will test and discuss this in the videos.
