I found a Dyson V6 Animal Motorhead thrown out on a rubbish pile. This is a $125 item to buy as a replacement part from Dyson. I decided to take it home and investigate why it's not working. I did a simple hack using WD40 to free up a very stubborn brush motor spindle. Dyson Motorheads can get stuck with hair and carpet fibres. Pulling them apart to remove the rubbish clogging them is pretty simple. It doesn't take long to refresh your Dyson Motorhead and have it working like new.

I found out the family who threw out this Dyson V6 Motorhead didn't throw out the Dyson V6 Animal Stick Vacuum. I gave them back the repaired Dyson Motorhead so they can keep using it. I also heard they have other Dyson's in their family. Always love Dysons.
