Jia Xu asks Sima Yi to talk about Gongsun Yuan's rebellion, to which he's very dismissive. He tasks you with beating him, but isn't too impressed when you do since Gongsun Yuan was an imbecile anyways.
Gongsun Yuan's forces have a lot of hidden bases and officers that appear as you pass by the clouded sections of the map. But none of the enemies are strong so it's really not a big deal. There's just a lot of enemies to fight through and a bit of running back and forth.
After completing all 4 stages, Cao Pi joins the council and a new final chapter battle becomes available.
