In this one I talk about how I use Hammer-ons, Pull-offs and slides to create dynamics in a melody.

Dynamics is one of the best ways to create emotion in music. It's taken me a while to realise this, if you play a melody without any dynamics then it can really lack in any emotion or feeling, but if you add lots of dynamics in there then it can make a very basic melody sound full of life and feeling.
