I have been dyeing my hair red for the last few years and this is how!
Materials needed can be found at Sally Beauty Supply

1 tube of L'Oreal HiColor Hilights in Magenta
1 tube of L'Oreal HiColor Hilights in Red
4.8 oz of Oreor Level 40 developer
Applicator Bottle
Plastic Caps
Vaseline
Gloves

NO BLEACHING or prelightening!
