I placed the semi-permanent purple over my faded red hair. I have never bleached my hair. You may need to lighten your hair for the color to show up this vibrant.

2 tubes of Pravana Chromasilk Vivids in Violet (purchased here amzn.com/B001K6CPYC)
Applicator Bottle
Plastic Caps
Vaseline
Gloves

Again, I did NOT bleach or prelighten my hair! I applied this semi permanent color over my faded red hair.
