High-level striking isn’t just about power — it’s about pressure, volume, and attacking all levels.

Here, two-time K-1 World MAX champion Andy Souwer demonstrates a Dutch-style kickboxing drill focused on high-volume combinations, pressure, and mixing attacks to the legs, body and head.

Souwer is widely regarded as one of the greatest kickboxers of his generation, winning the prestigious K-1 World MAX titles in 2005 and 2007 and building a career of over 160 victories against elite opponents.

Known for his relentless style, Souwer’s approach combines fast combinations, angle changes and powerful low kicks, making Dutch kickboxing one of the most effective striking systems in combat sports.

This drill is designed to help fighters:
• increase striking volume and pressure
• attack all levels (legs, body, head)
• improve combination flow and conditioning
• develop a K-1 style offensive system
