Delhi University has 13,433 vacant UG seats across 67 colleges after several rounds of admissions. With CUET-based admissions leaving thousands of seats vacant, DU has now turned to Class 12 marks to fill the remaining seats. Nearly 78% of the vacancies are in OBC-NCL, SC, ST and EWS categories, while Hindi, Sanskrit and B.Com account for a significant share. Is CUET and its upgradation system adding to the gap?
