One of the things we've been doing A LOT of since the stay at home orders were issued is going outside and having scavenger hunts in our yard. After filling our pockets with leaves and rocks and acorn caps a couple times, we decided we needed somewhere to collect all or our treasures so... I used a roll of colorful Duck brand duct tape to make our own messenger bags! The kids LOVED choosing which pattern tape they wanted and making the actual messenger bag couldn't have been easier. Also? Because we're using duct tape, its durable and water proof and super light weight! All perfect qualities for a messenger bag that we're using for outdoor scavenger hunts! And when we can leave the house... this will be perfect for running errands around town.
