The hardest part of this project is figuring out a work around for the word "ball" since that was the biggest design element. I've seen these chic modern planters in stores a lot lately. Sometimes I get lucky and see one that fits my budget but just as often, they're a much higher price tag so I was thrilled to find a way to make one of my own for around $20. Best part was that I could customize it and make it any color and any size depending on which container I found to makeover. See how easy this DIY modern planter was to make!
