Dublin has an attractive, modern and fast light rail system. I enjoyed exploring the city and the light rail! When I was there in March 2017, part of the Green Line in the city core was shut down for ongoing maintenance.

The University of Dortmund uses an automated suspended monorail to connect its campuses. The monorail has three lines, and can run their monorails with incredibly short frequency of 30 seconds.
This monorail is made by Siemens, and one other monorail like this exists. Its sister monorail is a updated version currently at the Düsseldorf International Airport.
