A new flexible edition (FlexEd) version of Dual PCM, this time with pitch control, volume control, looping, and a few other improvements along the way. I'm showcasing this on hardware, just to demonstrate the quality.
I forgot to mention the reason I did not use a 60Hz system, was because the VCR is expecting an input from 50Hz, and thus, the video becomes uncomprehendable.
Anyways, I hope this video gets the Mega Drive music makers out there hyped up a bit. As said in the video, I am planning a release soon, there's some fixes to be made. Natsumi has been absolutely wonderful in helping me bug-test it, and pushing me to improve it more than I would've done on my own.
