This video is compilation footage of the processing of the Defense Satellite Communications System payload designated DSCS IIIB-14, which would launch February 11, 1992 atop the Atlas II AC-101 booster from Cape Canaveral's Pad 36A. The VHS label dates the event as January 4, 1992. Some of the original footage has no sound.
