- You may be any level
- You may equip any weapons
- You may not equip any armor or rings
- You may not use any items or spells

Saves 15 seconds compared to the inbounds route. On the other hand you have to do Gaping fog gate skip, which to me is a fate worse than death, but your mileage may vary.
Quit out when youre about halfway between the two metal bars on the ground. If youre too early youll end up back on the stairs and can just try again. If youre too late and respawn inside the room, run back to around halfway up the stairs before retrying.
