A few notes:

* I didn't talk too much about the chart, but I've uploaded it here in case you're interested: imgur.com/a/6luOuI8 - I left "N/A" for damage & speed - not because they're unimportant, but because there isn't a meaningful difference between the options in these regards.
* Check out Nino's video on off-hand weapon use: youtube.com/watch?v=XIwAwHuknzo - around 10:25 Nino makes many of the same points I'm making here, which makes you wonder why he couldn't have come up with something more original.
