Victoria (Laia Costa), a Spanish exchange student, is out for a taste of the Berlin nightlife when she meets Sonne (Frederick Lau) and his friends Boxer (Franz Rogowski), Blinker (Burak Yigit), and Fuss (Max Mauff). Intrigued by Sonne, Victoria tags along with the group in the interest of life experience but, by the end of the night, will have been dragged into the city's criminal underworld and facing life or death situations. Shot in one take and taking place in real time, this hand-held thriller works not only as an experiment in form, but also as new-millennium crime drama.
