Sheriff deputies in New Mexico find this driver passed out and stopped in the middle of Interstate 40. Deputies said the driver was out cold when they approached the car, having the car in drive and his foot on the brake. The suspected intoxicated driver suddenly woke up and took off but not before one of the deputies was able to pop a tire with his service knife. After a short pursuit the driver pulled over. It was the second DWI arrest for the driver, with his first just 30 days earlier. (2010)
